1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Duey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Concentric Lab, LLC.

2. Service Description

Duey is an AI-powered pre-QoE (Quality of Earnings) screening tool for SMB acquisitions. The Service analyzes uploaded financial documents and provides automated calculations, red flag detection, and screening reports.

3. Important Disclaimer

Duey is a screening tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional Quality of Earnings reports, financial audits, or legal advice.

All financial analyses, SDE calculations, and reports generated by the Service should be independently verified by qualified professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors) before making any investment or acquisition decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analyses.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the documents you upload and must have authorization to share them with our Service. You agree not to upload documents containing information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Per-deal purchases are non-refundable once analysis has been initiated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concentric Lab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from investment or acquisition decisions made based on Service outputs.
