Duey ("we", "our", "us") collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and financial documents you upload for analysis. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our due diligence screening services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform.
3. Document Security
Financial documents you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage. We do not share your documents or financial data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., AI processing through our LLM provider).
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data and uploaded documents for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated documents and analyses will be permanently removed.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), and OpenRouter (AI/LLM processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data handling.
